These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Malinor Manufacturer website and any manufacturing services provided by Malinor Apparel Industries, trading as Malinor Manufacturer (“Malinor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Sialkot, Pakistan.
By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
Malinor Manufacturer is a private label streetwear factory offering custom cut-and-sew manufacturing, including hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, sweat shorts, and matching sweat suits, with a range of decoration techniques and finishes. Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per style, with sizes split according to your needs.
2. Quotes
Our Instant Quote tool provides an initial price estimate based on the specifications you provide. This estimate is not a final price. Our team confirms final pricing within 24 hours of receiving your quote request or follow-up inquiry.
3. Samples
Before bulk production, we produce a physical sample based on your approved specifications. Samples typically take 6–10 days to produce. The cost of your sample is credited in full toward your bulk order if you proceed to bulk production. If you choose not to proceed to bulk production after receiving your sample, the sample fee is non-refundable, as it reflects the cost of producing that sample.
4. Order Confirmation and Deposit
Once you approve your sample and wish to proceed, we’ll confirm your order details and require a deposit before bulk production begins. The deposit amount varies by order and will be confirmed with you at the time of order.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order after approving your sample but before your deposit has been received and bulk production has started. Once your deposit has been received and bulk production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, as materials have been committed and production is underway.
6. Production and Delivery
Bulk production typically takes 12–15 days for orders between 50 and 5000 pieces, once your order is confirmed. Larger orders may require additional scheduling, which we’ll discuss with you directly. 7. Payment
We accept payment in USD via bank transfer and other methods arranged directly with our team. Our website does not process payments directly; all payment arrangements are made outside the website in coordination with your order.
8. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any designs, logos, artwork, or trademarks you submit to us for use in manufacturing your order (“Your Designs”).
By submitting Your Designs to us, you confirm that you own them or otherwise have the legal right to use them, and to have them reproduced on garments we manufacture on your behalf. You agree to indemnify and hold Malinor harmless against any claim, loss, or liability arising from a third party alleging that Your Designs infringe their intellectual property or other rights.
We will not use Your Designs in our own marketing, portfolio, or promotional materials without your permission. We may photograph finished garments for internal quality control and production purposes as part of fulfilling your order.
9. Quality and Defects
We take care to manufacture your order to the specifications you approved. If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please see our Return and Refund Policy for how to report it and what happens next.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malinor’s liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity, arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
