We ship finished orders via:
- DHL or FedEx air freight, typically arriving within 3–7 days
- Sea freight, generally used for larger orders, with a longer transit time in exchange for a lower per-unit shipping cost

2. Shipping Packages and Cost
We offer a number of different shipping packages, and which one applies to your order is something you choose at the quote or order confirmation stage. Depending on the package selected:
- Shipping cost may be included in your quoted price, or
- Shipping cost may be calculated separately, depending on your order and chosen shipping method

3. Duties and Customs
For shipments to the UK, apparel manufactured in Pakistan enters at 0% duty under the UK’s Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS). For shipments to the EU, the same applies at 0% duty under GSP+.
For shipments to other destinations, including the USA, Australia, and Canada, responsibility for import duties and customs charges depends on the shipping package you choose for your order — some options are arranged so that Malinor handles these costs, while others leave this responsibility with the customer. We’ll confirm which applies to your order before shipping.
4. Insurance and Loss Coverage
Insurance and coverage for loss or damage in transit vary by order and are arranged as part of the shipping option you select. If this matters to your order, let us know and we’ll confirm the available options and any associated cost as part of your quote.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided at quote or order stage are estimates. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We’ll keep you updated on your shipment’s progress.
