Scope of Application:
- Applicable to all products sold by MALINOR, except for certain products specified separately.
- NOT applicable for wholesale products or directly got manufactured from the factory in bulk qualities.
Conditions for Exchange & Refund
Product Exchange:
- For customers shopping online on the website, products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
- The policy only applies when the product has all original tags, price labels, and the original purchase receipt. The product must be intact, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and unworn.
- MALINOR reserves the final decision on product exchanges based on the condition of the product.
- Only products of equal or higher value than the original purchase price are eligible for exchange. If the new product’s price is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the exchanged product’s price is lower, the customer will not receive a refund for the difference.
- Make sure Discounts, vouchers, or coupons applied to the original order cannot be reused for exchanges.
- Products with discounts of 10% or more, fixed-price products, accessories (hats, bags, belts, etc.), and promotional gifts are not eligible for exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Therefore, please check the product carefully before payment.
- Each receipt/invoice is eligible for only one exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges.
Refund:
Refund requests are not supported unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the original purchase amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, specifically:
Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card

- Refund Time: Within 30 days.
- Refund Method: Customer’s bank account.
To avoid confusion, the refund amount will not include shipping costs, promotional values, discounts, or the value of any vouchers or coupons.

Provide information about the product to be exchanged, including product code, product name, quantity, and reason for exchange. Then wait for MALINOR to confirm the information. After confirmation send products at given details.

After receiving the product, our team will inspect the product according to the exchange policy (this process takes about 2-3 days). MALINOR will notify the customer of the results via phone or message after the inspection is complete.
* Note:
- Shipping costs for product exchanges are paid by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for the intact condition of the product when sending it to MALINOR.
- MALINOR reserves the right to refuse product exchanges if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
